This week my group worked on exponents with the number 10. I enjoyed doing this because I created a quiz. Next time I will add more questions to the quiz

Adventures Of Harry Potter and The Prisoner of Azkaban.

This week we have been creating a board game for our novel study. I enjoyed doing this because I got to create our own board game. Next time I will add more colour. 

Goldilocks the Criminal

Last week we read a book called smelly locks. Then we had to write a story about Goldilocks and the Three Bears from a different point of view. I enjoyed doing this because it was fun to write from a different point of view. Next time I will make it more interesting.

Goldilocks And The Three Bears

Hi, my name is Goldilocks and I am here sitting in jail for breaking into someone's house but really I was only in there because I was lost and starving.

It all started when I decided to go for a walk. At first I knew where I was going but then I was lost in the woods. I had spent days wandering around trying to get out and finding out where I was. It was no use thought I was still lost,tired and hungry.

Even though I had no idea where I was I just kept walking with hope that I would find something or someone. “It worked” I thought. I had found a house in the middle of the woods. I ran up to it as fast as I could.

While I was running I was hoping there was someone inside with some food and somewhere for me to rest. Also if they could help me find my way out. When I reached the door, I knocked but no one answered so I turned the door handle and it was opened.

I cautiously stepped inside and looked around for someone. But no one was home. I thought to myself “who leaves their house and doesn’t lock it. I then briefly thought about getting out but I was starving and extremely tired, so I stayed.

Inside I looked around for some food and lucky for me there were already three bowls of porridge on the table. I walked up to them and tried the first bowl but it was steaming hot. I tried the second one but it was already freezing cold. Luckily though the third one was just right. “Yum” I said.

When I was done eating I looked for somewhere to rest. In front of me there were three chairs and I tried them all. The first one was too hard. The second one was too soft but the third one was perfect. “Very comfy” I said.

Then I thought maybe there is somewhere even more comfy to rest so I went off in search of the house. Luckily I found three beds, seeing the pattern I tried the third one first. I was right the third one was perfect. I didn’t mean to but I fell asleep. The next thing I knew a bear was raging with anger and he was calling someone one the phone. A few minutes later the cops were there walking me to their car. “Oh no” I said worriedly.

I was in jail. The good thing is that I am not lost in the woods anymore, and I get fed. Not good food but at least I get fed. I am also not extremely tired anymore. Like the food I don’t get that good of a rest but at least I get some.

Prime Factorization

This week were were learning about prime factorization

I enjoyed doing this because I put in a quiz. Next time I will put more questions.

Adding Decimals

Last week we were learning how to add decimals. I enjoyed this because I learnt this already and I just had to remember. Next time I will add more questions to the quiz

Inferencing Riddles

WALT... combine information in the text along with our prior knowledge to make an inference I enjoyed doing this because I enjoy making riddles. Next time I will add more riddles and harder clues.
